Also, the girlfriend has developed an obsession with throwing snowballs at concrete structures.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of snow unless it's proper, proper snow. Like white and evenly spread out across a field of space. Other than that, I think it's annoying. It makes the ground slippery, and I am clumsy. It's not a good equation, that.



Snow does, however, feel nice. It's soft and fluffy and is all kinds of fascinating. When you squash it into a ball, it's feel sort of like cheese.



We tried putting a snow ball that the girlfriend had given to K above a heater the other day, and it didn't melt all that easily. Peculiar thing, that is.
